Our Mission consists of satisfying the needs of our present and future customers and making food to the highest possible standards of quality.
Our Vision is to manage and maintain a position of leadership and recognition as manufacturers of IQF toppings in the European market. To establish ourselves as an organisation of reference that incorporates the values of an excellent modern company and manages its resources with efficiency and economy.
The organisation as a whole is committed to the quality of its products and in assuring its profitability and competitiveness, seeks to spread a culture of improvement in its productive processes.
Objetives of Quality system
By means of the directives defined in our System of Quality management and Food Security, INTERMEAT tries to reach the following General Objectives:
- To continue our commitment to the production of safe, healthy, sustainable, regulated and, of course, quality food.
- To assure the satisfaction of our clients by the production of specific requirements.
- To implement constant corrective actions in our manufacturing processes in order to minimize non conformities and be more competitive.
- To reduce the environmental impacts associated with our processes in a dynamic, changing and competitive world.
- To raise the awareness of our workers to the regulations for prevention of risks at work.
- To continue the integration and renovation of our company by encouraging values such as honesty, team work and the will to succeed among all the personnel.
- To provide the economic and technical resources, necessary man power, sufficient training and the motivation to reach all these goals.
